Panasonic LCD tv PT50LCZ70 powering off? - panasonic lcd tv wonderful tv

We had the TV for about 15 months. If we television that suddenly closed for about 15-20 seconds and the green light just blinks when you're watching. It begins again after 15-20 seconds. Can anyone guess what it might be? Today we saw the red light flashes on the front of the TV. Is it a bulb problem? Any help would be great!
